Overall in good condition, with mild signs of surface dirt and discolouration. There is a very small tear present to the left-hand side of picture surface, with a small tear to the centre of the depicted chair. Some slight discolouration overall, particularly around the top border of the watercolour, but overall the colours are well preserved and foxing is minimal. Framed and ready to hang.
