The dial looks to be somewhat weathered with a verdigris type surface. The dial sits on a circular reconstituted stone pad which has a section of the border loose and several cracks elsewhere to the border. The pad is supported on a central iron pole which is quite rusty. The three cherubs all have some issues, cracks to wings, feet and so on. In need of careful restoration.
