Generally good condition overall. The binding is in fairly good condition, with some bumping and rubbing, especially around the corners and edges, which bear some relatively small areas of loss. Embossed gilt generally in good condition, with only minor fading. Some wear to the guttering. Some foxing to the page edges. Internally, the contents are fairly bright, with generally only limited foxing. There is some very extensive foxing to the first page (as shown in condition report image). This page also bears a price inscribed in pencil. Tipped-in plates in very good condition and all present.
