A Vincennes bleu celeste ground lobed circular plateau from the Louis XV service, 1754/1755, (plateau pour pots ?• jus) painted with garlands of flowers trailing from a central gilt husk-edged bleu celeste ground roundel within a gilt feather-edged bleu celeste border on the scroll moulded rim, interlaced Ls enclosing date letter B and decorator's mark T for Francois Binet in blue enamel, 29cm (11.5") diameter/Note: The service comprised four such trays, costing 240 livres each, as part of the third delivery on 31st December 1755. The only other known example was sold at Sotheby's New York, 18th November 2010, Lot 7
