Overall the medal appears in good condition, the enamels are intact. There is a small scratch to the reverse. There are some small scratchmarks that appear to read ‘No 60’ and ’15,,15,,0’.

The Embroidered badge has some minor fraying, the paper backing is coming loose and some of the tips of the paper are folded and chipped. Of the two concentric bands of yellow around the centre, the outer one has come loose.
